  • 1 cutting board optional for veggies

  • 3 lb chuck roast
  • 1 packet bake in bag pot roast by McCormic

  • 4 Cups vegetables optional

Notes

  • If you are going to use veggies, don't use more than 4 cups.
  • Place the veggies on top of the roast and put the seasoning on the veggies and the roast.
  • It's ok if you don't have exactly 2-3 lbs of roast beef. Just don't pile the meat on top of each other if it's more than noted. If it is smaller, check it before the 2 hours and if falling apart then it's done.
