While the oven is preheating, toast the almonds in a dry frying pan on the stove top. If you have never done this, please go watch a few videos on YouTube. It is a simple thing - but the almonds will burn in the flash of an eye. You have to watch them and flip them pretty continuously.
Also while waiting for the oven to preheat, make the sauce by combining the Jam, Honey and Balsamic Vinegar in a saucepan over medium heat on the stove top. Heat until the jam and honey melt. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Unwrap the Brie and place it on a sheet pan - wrinkled side down. Place on the middle rack in the oven. Bake for 5-8 minutes.
Remove the Brie from the oven and place on the serving plate. Top with toasted almonds, raspberries and sauce. Serve with crackers. Garnish with mint leaves.
Notes
It's hard to tell when the brie is actually done, but it is better to remove it from the oven too early than to have it melting everywhere.
