  • 1 Whisk or fork
  • 1 natural bristle brush or silicone bristle brush

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 Tbs cool water

Instructions

  • Break the egg into a small bowl.
  • Add 1 Tbs of cool water to the egg.
  • Whisk the egg and water together well.
  • Pain the egg mixture onto the surface of the prepared pastry.
