Ingredients

Water

Sugar

Almond Extract

Butter Extract

Vanilla Extract
Instructions
Add water, sugar, and extracts to your sauce pot
Stir to combine
Place on stove on medium heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stir occasionally
Remove from stove and let cool
Store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to two weeks
Notes
The longer you simmer the syrup the thicker it will become. For a thinner syrup only simmer for 12-15 minutes
Almond extract is very strong, so be careful when adding it
Play around with different extracts to make different kinds of "cookie" syrups!
