Recipes selected for publication in Loaves and Dishes (Website or YouTube) receive hours of scrutiny and testing. Website recipes are tested one to four times at headquarters in Danbury, NC and in our personal kitchens in Danbury, NC and Rural Hall, NC.
We personally prepare every recipe and then taste and evaluate it with family and friends confirming taste, appeal, ease of preparation and it’s eye candy rating.
For recipes that have a long trail of user commentary, editors and testers also evaluate and incorporate suggestions from the community when it is time to revisit the recipe again.
Once a recipe is fully tested and edited, it is then prepared by our team for videography and photography and prepared for your eyes.
