Basil Infused Water

Basil Water has an earthy clean taste that reminds me of the sparkling feel of licorice and a fresh green field all at the same time!

That lovely essence that wafts through the air can flavor your water too. No point in wasting all that delicious flavor when your water could be infusing the benefit!

Here’s What You’ll Need:

fresh basil
  • Basil – 2-3 stalks will do. Rinse it well first and then you are ready for use.
  • Fresh Clean Water – I like to use a filtered water, but tap water will do if that is what you have.
  • A Clean Storage Container – I use a glass pitcher in the fridge but you could also use mason jars or any other pitcher you prefer.

It’s Easier Than You Think!

You’ll LOVE how EASY this is and it SAVES money, tastes great and is even good for you!

Here’s an Overview of How To Make This! (The short step by step over view).

  1. Place Basil Into Your Pitcher or Jar. You can muddle it a little first if you like (bruise it). This adds more flavor.
  2. Fill With Water and Place into the Fridge for At Least 30 mins up to 4 hours.

A Verse to Share

I’ve been thinking about how one would know a false prophet and here’s what I’ve come up with…

A real prophet probably isn’t very wealthy. Jesus certainly wasn’t.

The real deal might have righteous indignation, but he/she would not espouse hate.

Jesus spoke out for the underling, the poor, the afflicted, widows and children. He wouldn’t have been out to empower the already powerful, would He?

Meaning, you can look for the fruit of his life, just like the Bible tells us.

Matthew 7: 15-16

Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves. By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thorn bushes, or figs from thistles?
