Rosemary Water Pitcher

Rosemary Water

Rosemary Water has an earthy clean taste that reminds me of the sparkling feel of citrus and a pine forrest all at the same time!

That lovely essence that wafts through the air can flavor your water too. No point in wasting all that delicious flavor when your water could be infusing the benefit!

Try one of my other green waters like Basil Water or Mint Water.

What Are The Benefits of Rosemary Water?

Since this isn’t a health site, I’ll go with the known items about rosemary. It’s a terrific source of nutrients and besides that, it tastes GREAT!

How Do I Know If Rosemary is Fresh?

Look at the stalks, do you seem plump and fresh? Are the leaves firmly attached to the stalk? These are signs of freshness.

Do I Wash the Rosemary Before Putting It In The Water?

You will want to give your rosemary a good rinse with fresh water before using.

Can I Eat the Rosemary Out of the Infused Water?

You can, but I would never recommend eating fresh raw rosemary. It is stemmy and much like a small pine branch.

How Long Can The Rosemary Stay In The Water?

Remove the rosemary after 4 hours. The water will last for a few days in the fridge.

Can I Use a Sparkling Water to Make My Infused Water?

Absolutely yes! Just understand that you’ll want to make smaller quantities because the bubbles leave the water pretty quickly.

A Verse to Share

Remember how Jesus was kind to those who were unkind to him? Remember how God teaches us to love our enemy? Yeah. I need that in my life, don’t you?

Luke 6:35

But love your enemies, and do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return, and your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High, for he is kind to the ungrateful and the evil.
