Here’s What You’ll Need

  • White Chocolate Chips
  • Mini Pretzels
  • Dried Cherries
  • Shelled Pistachios
  • Dark Chocolate Chips

Here’s How You Do It

  1. Melt White Chocolates and pour onto baking sheet
  2. Sprinkle pretzels, cherries and pistachios around the surface
  3. Melt dark chocolate and drizzle over the top.

Tips and Tricks for Perfect Easy Christmas Candy Bark

  • Whole dried cherries can be a little large, try chopping them up into pieces if they appear too large.
  • It’s always easiest to melt chocolate in the microwave, however, if you don’t have a microwave, melt the chocolates in a double boiler. Be very careful not to splash water into the chocolate or it will seize.
  • Its very important to use good quality white chocolate for this recipe because that is the main taste. I recommend the ghiradelli brand chips.
  • Use a large serving spoon to drizzle the dark chocolate or pour it carefully over the top.
  • Press the cherries, pistachios and pretzels into the white chocolate so that they stick down good.
  • Use the more salty brands of pretzels as this adds a lot of flavor to the dish.
