A Verse to Share

You know, for all of the struggling our society has over a few verses in the old testament, it strikes me that no one struggles over this verse. I personally struggle with it often. This wasn’t just some old dude in the old testament, this was Jesus telling us to do this. Hard to argue.

Matthew 19:21

Jesus said to him, “If you would be perfect, go, sell what you possess and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow me.”
